工作原理

工作时，将锥斗与沸腾制粒机或沸腾干燥机的料仓扣合。启动提升按钮，料仓提升；启动翻转按钮，料仓即可翻转180°。松开刹车，水平旋转立柱到工艺要求位置，再下降料仓到工作高度，开启整粒机，打开蝶阀，使物料经过整粒后密闭转移到下一工序。

Working principle

During the work, fasten the cone with the silo of boiling granulating machine or boiling drying machine. Start the lifting button to lift the silo; start the turning button and then the silo can be turned 180°. Release the brake, rotate the column horizontally to the required position of process, lower the silo to the working height, start the granule sizing machine and start the butterfly valve to transfer the materials to the next process after granule sizing.
